Here we go again!

Here we go again! We had some company yesterday that had never seen the house, and we were showing them around. One of the features of this place is that it has a "cool Room" built into the ground for food storage. It is accessed through the front porch by the Phoebe. I had taken our visitors down there and we were talking when the water tank started hissing. Really loud!

Now I won't say that this is the same snake, it appears to be a bit smaller, but it more than makes up for it with its cranky attitude. It was a good thing that he was a bit sluggish from the cooler temps in the cool room.


I considered leaving him there, but I have cut into the mouse population so severely that I was concerned that he might not find anything to eat. This time I made sure that he would have a more difficult time getting back. I tossed him to the other side of the creek.
